Geddit? Well, I tried long and hard to get an appropriate title for this one…but that’s the best I could do. Sorry.
Converse have released a new shade of blue into their All Star Chuck Taylor range. I call it Teal Blue but the official name is Tapestry Blue, I think. Not that I can find it on the official website..bah! If you can navigate your way through the Converse website, you’re a very patient person…or a sucker for punishment. Flash on E-numbers.
That said, I love this colour, the traditional black rubber trimming is replaced with teal blue as well. A very unique Chuck Taylor Lo indeed! Maybe an Office exclusive?
I’d wear these with a cool, fitted trench coat or peacoat. Like the ones in the pics. If you can’t afford Burberry, H&M do decent coats of a similar style. With black or dark jeans, too. White or grey v-neck. Sorted.
If teal blue is not your colour, Converse have a few different types of Blue this season. I am feeling the ‘blues’ for this autumn already. Bring it on. I think the blue canvas trainer with a classic fitted coat is a winner.
